In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté bacon until brown this may take about 5 minutes. Add onions and sausage and brown for about 2 minutes
Add garlic, ginger, sweet peppers and powdered spices and stir.
Then add cabbage and pak choy and diced tomatoes, and 1/4 water stir to evenly coat the vegetables with seasonings. Cover and cook until cabbage is just tender or softer to your liking.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Serve with boiled ground provisions and or fried green plantains.
