1 pack Hamilton Smokehouse Chicken Ham Deli Slices
6 Hawaiian rolls
1 pack sliced provolone cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 stick herb butter
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Slice rolls in half and place bottom pieces into the cast iron pot.
Spread the bottom half with mustard.
Top the bottom section with the the provolone then pieces of sliced ham, then cover with cheddar cheese. Add the top section of the rolls and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the herb butter and add the garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add parmesan cheese and mix. Using a pastry brush, apply the cheese sauce over the top of the rolls in the baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until roll tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
