Ham and Cheese Garlic Knots

Serves 3-6
  • 1 pack Hamilton Smokehouse Chicken Ham Deli Slices
  • 6 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pack sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 stick herb butter
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
Ham and Cheese Garlic Knots
  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  • Slice rolls in half and place bottom pieces into the cast iron pot.
  • Spread the bottom half with mustard.
  • Top the bottom section with the the provolone then pieces of sliced ham, then cover with cheddar cheese. Add the top section of the rolls and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the herb butter and add the garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add parmesan cheese and mix. Using a pastry brush, apply the cheese sauce over the top of the rolls in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until roll tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Serve along side your favourite tomato sauce!
