  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 beef sausages, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Rigatoni or Penne
Hamilton’s Smokehouse Beef Franks Pasta
  • Boil water for the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the pasta package
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat a pan with the olive oil on medium high heat and sear the sliced sausages until slightly crisp on each side.
  • Turn the heat off then add the pesto, tomato, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce then top with the cheese
