The Best Dressed Chicken
  • 4 Best Dressed Jerk Chicken Sausages, sliced according to your preference
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 potatoes, washed, scrubbed with the skin on and cut into one- inch
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup red bell peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup yellow bell peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley (garnish)
  • Complete Seasoning or your favorite seasoning for the potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Jerk Chicken Sausage Breakfast Bake
  • Take cubed potatoes and lay on a plate between two sheets of hand towel and microwave for about 4 to 5 minutes. You may have to do this twice. This method is a secret way to dehydrate the potatoes to get them nice and crispy.
  • Once potatoes are out of the microwave, add them to a bowl with the olive oil and your favorite seasoning combination.
  • In a large Skillet on medium high flame. Add oil and garlic.
  • Add sausages and cook until slightly brown. Remove from the pan. Add your potatoes. Cook until they begin to get brown
  • Add onions and peppers, sauté for about one minute.
  • Add the sausages to the pot and create 4 small openings in your pan for the eggs.
  • Spray each opening so that the egg doesn’t stick.
  • In a small separate container, crack the egg, check for shells and the pour one egg into each opening.
  • Sprinkle eggs with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  • You can cook your eggs covered for a firmer yolk or open for over easy finish.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve straight from the pan.
