Skinny Chicken Wrap

The Best Dressed Chicken
  • 1 lb the best dressed chicken boneless breast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, sliced thin
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 tomato, cubed
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 flour tortillas

  • Over high heat, heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet. Sear chicken 2-3 minutes per
  • Turn heat down to low, close the lid of the skillet and cook for another 5-6 minutes, until chicken is tender.
  • Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook in a separate skillet until desired doneness. Pat grease dry.
  • Slice lettuce and onion, cube tomatoes and slice or cube avocado.
    In a small bowl combine together the ranch and hot sauce.
  • In a skillet, heat the flour tortillas until desired crispiness.
  • Slice chicken into thin strands, add to tortilla.
  • Add remaining ingredients over top of chicken. Drizzle with the ranch dressing
    Roll the wrap.
