1 pack Hamilton's Black Forest Ham (finely sliced)
1 pack Pepper Jack Cheese slices or American Sliced Cheese
4 burger buns, split
1 pack taco seasoning mix
¼ tsp onion powder
1 large avocado
Juice of 1 lime
1 scotch bonnet pepper
Pinch of salt
1 bunch cilantro
1 small sweet red onion
Dark green lettuce, shredded
Salsa (your favorite brand)
1 tsp butter
Instructions
Make guacamole by adding peeled and sliced avocado to medium sized mixing bowl. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime, pinch of salt, onion powder and diced cilantro mix to combine and set aside.
Heat skillet on stove top, add butter and toast the buns until golden brown. Set aside.
Add oil to hot skillet and fry seasoned beef burger until cooked through about 7 minutes according to package directions. Season with taco seasoning on both sides. Top with a slice of cheese.
Assemble taco burger by placing the bottom half bun on a plate, spread on a tbsp of guacamole, then top with beef patty, salsa, lettuce red onions slice then lastly, the top half bun.
Serve immediately with a side of nachos or fries and a cold beer or cucumber lemonade. Enjoy!
