Ingredients
14 drumsticks
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp garam masala
1 thumb of ginger
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
In a small pan, warm the spices for about 2 minutes on medium low heat.
In a large bowl, add the spices to the yogurt and oil. Coat the chicken with the marinade and leave in the fridge overnight.
Heat the oven to 400F and place the drumsticks on a baking tray. Bake the drumsticks for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
After 40 minutes, broil the drumsticks for about a minute or until the skin is crisp.
Top with 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro.
