Jerk Sausage Pasta in Creamy Coconut Sauce

Ingredients
3-4 Hamilton’s Smokehouse Jerk Sausages
400g pasta
3 cups coconut milk
1 medium sweet pepper, julienned
1oz jerk seasoning
1 medium onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Basil (as needed)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Olive oil/vegetable oil, as needed
Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions
Cook pasta according to packaging instructions, then drain.
Slice Hamilton’s Smokehouse Jerk Sausage.
Place skillet over medium high heat, then saute onion, garlic and jerk seasoning in oil.
Add sliced Hamilton’s Smokehouse Jerk Sausage and sweet pepper then continue to sauté.
Add coconut milk to skillet and allow to simmer.
Add pasta, continue to simmer, then add salt, black pepper and basil as needed.
Remove from stove and serve hot!
